tinylesson provides AI-assisted learning tools and related features, which may include personalized lessons, study guidance, generated educational content, quizzes, feedback, and other learning-support functionality.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

4. Educational Purpose Only

The Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

tinylesson does not guarantee academic outcomes, test scores, certifications, admissions results, or professional qualifications. Your learning results may vary based on many factors outside our control.

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, licensed instruction, or accredited educational programs where such services are required.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some content provided through the Service may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or outputs that are incomplete or not appropriate for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any content before relying on it.

You should not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth for academic, legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, systems, or accounts;

If you submit, upload, input, or otherwise provide content to the Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.

You grant tinylesson a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have all rights necessary to provide the User Content;
  • your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
  • your User Content does not contain malicious code or harmful material.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and other content provided by tinylesson, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

9. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Some features of the Service may require payment, including recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle; and
  • you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for renewal fees until you cancel.

You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want your subscription to continue.

10. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, tools, software, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, or identity providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If applicable, subscription cancellation rules remain governed by the relevant billing terms and Refund Policy.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINYLESSON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINYLESSON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TINYLESSON FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TINYLESSON FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
  • USD $100.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tinylesson and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your User Content;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by tinylesson's operating entity, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts having competent jurisdiction in that applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on the Service and update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
